Chris Paschen has been working with Joomla since before it was Joomla (i.e Mambo). He has also been coding for over 30 years and has been working in youth/education for over 20 years. He actively teaches programming and Joomla developer (and a number of other tech fields) at the 7-12 grade levels. He also has served as the Joomla Marketing Team lead and presently co-leads the Joomla Twin Cities (MN - USA) group (https://joomlatwincities.org/).
