Owner of PatVB Web Design, Pat mostly works with small government offices, and miscellaneous small businesses, she has been using and creating sites with Joomla since 2006, the same year Pat became the executive director for the Perry County Chamber of Commerce, the last county to create a Chamber in the State of Tennessee.
